Social Justice Education doctoral student Angad Kaur Khalsa hosts weekly meditation sessions every Thursday afternoon on Zoom for SJE and broader ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø students. These sessions provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and cultivate mindfulness amid the demands of academic life. All students are welcome to join, new to meditation or experienced, to take a moment for self-care and community connection. Note that the Zoom links are emailed to all SJE students every Thursday.
